Need to solve the Holiday Boredom, Kelly Sports is running a Rugby Excellence Camp from the 12^th - 14^th of January.

The Camp is being held over three days each day be run at a different rugby venue; Matthew Flinders, Siena College and Sunshine Coast Grammar School respectively. Participants will be presented quality coaching and activities that aim to allow them to get their hands on the ball as quickly as possible.

Children aged between 9-13 are invited to come down and be involved with expert coaching by Regan Berryman and Peter Slattery along with current Sunshine Coast Stingray players. These players and coaches will bring with them experience that can be shared to help those position specific skills.

There will also be a talk given by Julie Jenkins a qualified dietician to explain the importance on hydration and pre-game sustenance.

Each child who comes to the camp receives lunch on each of the days kindly provided by Subway, a free t-shirt and of course water.
